yang pengen banget ke luar negeri, yah..gak muluk-muluk sih, first plan to go
ASIA dulu lah yah, for instance, Malaysia,
Singapore, and Thailand. You
know, dengan uang yang not too much, I could go there with my best friends.
It’s really happy to have it. Thanks Allah :*
Believe it or not, I went there with Rp 1 million
saja, saya dan teman-teman dapat berkeliling ke tiga negara sekaligus, selama
satu minggu.. haiyyyaaa… How lucky and happy we are ;D
At that time, we plan for Malaysia, especially Kuala Lumpur. That’s it. Tanpa perencanaan
untuk pergi ke Singapore dan
Thailand
before. Dengan bekal secukupnya, semuanya Alhamdulillah going fine.. hurray :)
. So, here is our story. Jeng jeng jeng…
At that time, I went there with my best friends,
Uthie, Yayat, Dede dan Kakak Misbah (Kk Misbah). Actually, we are in internship
test with the institution related to our department as a conditional before
creating a thesis program in our university, name it KKN- kuliah Kerja Nyata,
buka Korupsi Kolusi Nepotisme lho yah.. (red. KaKaEn) . Yaa.. if I’m not wrong,
it’s about three years ago.. kalu gak salah lho yah.. hehe.. lupa-lupa ingat
lah saya ini. Saya, Uthie, dan Yayat were placed in Dinas Pendidikan dan
Kebudayaan Makassar; Dede in Pertamina; and Kk Misbah in Direktoral Jenderal
Pajak.
Then, we have to get the surprise news, that the
opening celebration of starting KKN was held at the same time with our
departure to the Malaysia…
ahhh Galau lah kita ini.. But, Galau ya Galau, tetap say no to Galau dan must
decide what we have to do next. So, we gathered to talk about that, and strike
to the point.. we got the decision. Dede, Yayat, and Kk Misbah decided to go to
Malaysia
coinciding with the celebration. They left the celebration, they said it was
okay and not a big deal. And then they went to Malaysia without Uthie and me.
Hikzzz… Hello, it’s okay.. How could they go without us? Because saya dan Uthie
had decided not to go there with reason that afraid of with the impression of
institution about us. And you know.. our tickets HANGUS sudahhh.. hihihih.. It
was so suck at that time.. but, we didn’t give up at all. We still found
another reason to meet Yayat, Dede, and KK Misbah in KL. Alhamdulillah, Saya
dan Uthie pun were helped by our scholarship, so we could buy another new
tickets.. memang yaa.. Kalau rezeki gak ke mana.. Memang Allah knows what we
need not what we want.. Thanks God.. thanksss… And eventually, we could go
there to meet Yayat, Kk Misbah and Dede.
You know, first time go abroad without experience,
but there was my lovely map accompanied us go there. It’s UNEXPLAINABLE when we
were in check-in room and the employee asked us: “Flight to LCCT, Kuala Lumpur
WAS CLOSED!” Whaaaaatttt… You know, I feel messy and pale so much. Again, it’s
UNEXPLAINABLE. I had involved with quarrelsome with the employee fortunately a
woman, so I could really sorry with miserable face I have.. oh my god.. I
explained what happened with us until made us late. Eventually, she understood
my explanation, and opened the name desk before CLOSED and changed to AVAILABLE.
Aaaahhhh.. really totally absolutely UNEXPLAINABLE again. So lucky we are.
Then, she asked us to give our passport. And Uthie said: “Ya Allah… Di mana
kutaruh passport ku Tikah?” ouh MG, you know, for more, it’s UNEXPLAINABLE, I
got weak at sudden. Langsung ma’ jawab while whispering her, with the full of
emotional: “Astageee Uthiee, ko kan
yang simpan. Masa’ ko ndak ingat!! Serius ka’ nah kutinggalkan ko itu kalau
sampai ndak ketemu passportmu *grumbling..” Hahaha… kejam ku mi saat itu,
karena actually, really didn’t know what should I say and to do. So sorry
Uthie, but it doesn’t go on.. Ternyata oh ternyata, itu ada di backpack nya
Uthie.. Uthie.. uthie.. you know, I almost choked you at that time.. hahaha..
kidding.. It’s embarrassing at that time, you know, before Uthie looked for her
passport in her backpack, she looked for in her suitcase, we didn’t find the
passport, but we found a bunch of noodles packs.. hehehee… Poor us.. how embarrassing
we are. Clearly, it’s UEXPLAINABLE when all the employees glared at us at
sudden on that situation.. hahahaha. But, it’s okay, it’s not a big deal. And
Alhamdulillah, we got the boarding pass and passed the check-in counter, so
happy we are. Finally, we were on the plane. It’s UNEXPLAINABLE, when we sat on
the plan for KL destination. It took three hours for the flight, still able to
take some pictures before sleeping.. hihi.. These are our moment. Tadaaaaaa….
Alhamdulillah, we reached Low Cost Carry Terminal,
LCCT.. ahhhhhh.. it’s still UNEXPLAINABLE that we reached in Malaysia. We go
on, like we knew and ever visited Malaysia. Checkpoint, and say Hello
Malaysia,
and hello KL. I’m here. For LCCT to KL Sentral, it takes two hours to reached
there. Senang nya hati ini. Yayat, Dede dan Kk Misbah sudah menanti kita,
sampai mulut Yayat gak berhenti-berhenti komat-kamit baca ayat-ayat Allah,
saking takutnya gak ketemu sama saya dan Uthie. Alhamdulillah..
Sampai di sana
saya dan Uty langsung dibawa ke kost2an. Never thought there was boarder in KL
city. We paid for Rp 75.000 to stay there for one week. How lucky we are,
aren’t we?? We stayed at Tun
Sanbanthan street, in Brickfield, the middle of KL
city. Ya, it’s kinda prostitution area over there. There were so many
prostitutes worked all night long. We couldn’t sleep at that time because we
wanted to enjoy the situation of KL city at night. It was 2 am sharp when we
were sightseeing, walked around the road. Still UNEXPLAINABLE, “I could be
here.” Like as usual, because of our narcissism, we always took some photos all
night long there. Hahaha.
After
arriving in the boarders, rasanya mau tidur pun gak bisa, jadi kita semua
arrange the plan to go Thailand
for tomorrow. We couldn’t go to Bangkok
because of the lack of budget we have, haha, so we decided to go to Hat Yai.
Lagi2, ini seperti tempat prostitution juga agaknya. Hahaha.. memang hukum
tempat prostitusi murah itu memang benar adanya yah. Ayooo Tidurrrrr, tidooooo.
Akhirnya tidur lah kita, and continuing our journey to the Hat Yai.. Hat Yai…
I’m coming, we are coming…..
Before going to Hat Yai, we were sightseeing in
morning to see what we saw last night. When we were on our way, we found some
Hindustan Shop, there. We interest to visit one of them, INDIA RANI SILK
SDN. BHD. We tried the Sarii, you know, it was so beautiful on us. The sellere
was so friendly and so was the visitor.
After dressing up, we went to KL Sentral and booked
some train tickets to go Hat Yai. KL Sntral was so busy and crowded place, it’s
kind of place like terminal. You could buy any souvenirs and tickets to get
anywhere over there. Sempat pula untuk futu2 lah di sana niii…
Take a queue to get the tickets. Well, it was so
well-regulated like in a bank. We bought five tickets for the economic ones at
night time. So, during our goings, we prepared some stock to eat and to drink,
what should we bring to Hat Yai. We have some Pepsi cans, snacks, gabin
biscuits, special from Indonesia, noodles, more litters of mineral water, and
the last but not least Nasiiii.. adu.. apa pula namanya yah.. oh ya… NASI
BUJANG namanya. Harganya tuh Cuma RM 1. Wasn’t it so cheap?? We bought it to
eat in the train. Oukayyyy, time to Hat Yai.. iyyhaaa… yaiiyyy…
It was so cold on the train, fortunately, I
prepared for blanket. I thought that the economic class was so crowded and hot,
but OMG, it was over-against with the reality, the train was so quiet, cold,
clean and neat. I felt comfortable. Here we were:
The moist, humid, damp, hot air welcomed us in Hat
Yai. Ouh, this was Hat Yai, I thought. Never special at first, but we still
walked to find our internet guesthouse that we got before in Indonesia. Ya,
the place was not too far from the station, Never UNEXPLAINABLE, “I am on Hat
Yai, Thailand”.
Lucky me, lucky us..
Starting fascinate me, Hat Yai with the all of
Buddhist things there which made me curious to explore it. So, we reached the
guesthouse, Louis Guesthouse. We met the owner, first, the price was not
suitable with us, we bargain, and they accepted. They wanted us to stay at
there. But, we, girls, didn’t want it, because of much things of Buddhism,
there. We felt a little bit intruded with the smell of myrrh. Finally, we
decided to find another guesthouse. It’s okay, Dede and Kk Misbah understood
us. Next to Louise Guesthouse, there was Ladda Guesthouse, we tried to visit
there, and didn’t expect before, without any bargaining of price, we could get our
room with the fixed price. Yaa, kalau di Indonesia Rp 75.000 for one room. One
room could be stayed by two people maximum, and we maerayu/ talked to the owner
to permit us stayed for three people on one room. And he/owner agreed for it. Yayayaya.
Senangnyaaaaa. Kahkahkah…
We took a rest for a moment before going to the
market. After having a rest, we went to the market, all the way was a market,
hurray.. this is the women’s world.. yaiyy… shopping broooo :*
We bought some souvenirs, and something for us to
wear ourselves like, shoes, hat, t-shirt, yaiyyyyyy :D. lols. Asyiknyaaaaa….
There were some places for drink and eat along the
way. Made us hungry at sudden, but the foods and beverages are not halalan
toyyiban.. hahaha. Maksud saya di sini, haram. Karena ya, makanan di sepanjang
jalan itu tidak sesuai syariat agama yang kita anut. Ot’s proper, we
understood. At 7 pm sharp, we went to Night Market of Hat Yai, so crowded, I
love it. I love being in the middle of crowded, unfortunately, I didn’t wear my
shawl at that time, so I couldn’t show our pictures there. Sorryyy :D lols.
I love being there, I played some games to get the
sweet rewards, but we failed to win it, tak apa lah, yan g penting kita2 ini
masih semangat. Because of thirsty, we bought some drinks, there, and hope it
was halal, we bought some coconut ice there, with the handsome seller, we
bought it with full of enthuasiasm. Hahaha, dasaaaarrr cewek, gak bisa liat
cowok ganteng dikit. Astaghfirullahuala’dziim … hahahah. Satisfied over there,
we felt hungry, we bought some cakes with sausage on it, kinda hot dog lah, but it was not hot dog,
because it was so sweet. I was afraid, but Yayat, Uty, and Kk Misbah felt very
very very hungry, they decided to buy those cakes. Finally, they bought it, and
ate it fast. But I, I was afraid of it, I was afraid that it was a beibehhhhh
man.. Ya, akhirnya saya pun baru melahapnya setelah mereka melahapnya. Hahaha.
How prettyfogging of me teman.. but, saya makan lah, tapi hanya seperempat dari
kue yang ada, karena saya ragu dan takut akan kehalalan kue itu. Kahkahkah.. Gaya Gueeee…
It was 10 pm sharp, but we couldn’t find yet any
halal foods. We kept walking to find it, finally we got it. And the fact was,
there were some halal foods behind the market place. The seller was Malaysians
and they wore shawl. Alhamdulillah ya Allah.. Allah heard my du’a. hahaha..
it’s UNEXPLAINABLE that we knew there were so much halal food sellers over there.
We bought it and carried away to our guesthouse. But, we lack of money there.
We searched for some ATM. Alhamdulillah, we found it. But, the ATM was in a
problem. Saking kesal nya kita marah dan tak sengaja mengeluarkan kata-kata
kotor khas Indonesia.
Ternyata dong, ada orang Malaysia
yang tahu bahasa Indonesia.
Kita ditanya: “Ada
ape ni?” (with their Malaysian Accent). Kita langsung menghampirinya dan
menceritakan tentang ATM kita yang bermasalah. Akhirnya kita dipersilahkan
duduk oleh ketiga orang Malaysia
itu. They nampaknya telah berumur semua. Mereka memperkenalkan diri mereka dan
begitu pula kita, we also introduced ourselves. They named Uncle Jaafar, Abang Amir,
dan juga Uncle… (Ouhhh, so sorry, I forgot his name). They were so kind. They
treated us friendly. Happy to know you three, guys :D. They bought us Thai tea
and teh tarik (Pull Tea maybe the name..haha). They helped us some favors. But,
you know, first impression met them, I was afraid that they were a group of
criminals.. hahah.. I was afraid with the face, see, there was a proverb :
DON’T JUDGE THE BOOK FROM IT’S COVER. Kita orang tuh jangan liat seseorang dari
tampang nya ajah, dari luar nya ajah, jangannn, apalgi kalau kita baru kenal
dengan seseorang. Tapi tetap, saya felt afraid. They asked us to ride his car.
Omigod.. UNEXPLAINABLE, when we were in Mercy car which never we thought before
would ride it. Hahahaha. Still, I was in negative thinking. I still suspected
them as criminals. Hahah. Bodohnya aku ni.. we were in their car, the central
lock was used in that car. Oh my god, the lock got into the part of door, so we
couldn’t open it except the driver open it. Oh my god, I ever thought that it was
the end of my life.. *lebayyyyy. Hahahaha.
Okay, we are sent to our guesthouse to meet Dede
and Kk Misbah. Uthie and I ran as faster we could. Hahaha. But yayat was still
in that car, they arranged us to stay at hotel. They paid all of our needs in
Hat Yai, including the hotel. Lucky us… I regretted for thinking bad on them.
So sorry para uncle and abang. I didn’t mean to.. heheh..
So, Uty, saya, kk Misbah, and Dede packed our
suitcases and backpacks. We took a special vehicle from Thailand, named
Tuk-Tuk. Coollll.. It was really cool we could ride it. Arriving in hotel, we
fund Yayat, Uncles, and abang were talking seriously. We were given two rooms.
But, we rejected it. We were afraid that we bothered them so much. So, we
decided to take one room for together, we five. Again, it’s UNEXPLAINABLE, when
people did some kind to us, treated us with very great. Thanks damn much uncles
and abang. We appreciate it. They bought us food, not a usual food but the
deserve, nice, and expensive food. Terharuuuuu.. hikssss :’) :’).
Paginya, uncles and abang will drive uty, yayat,
and I to Malaysia.
Dede and Kk Misbah went by bus, because of lack of his mercy car. The person
capacity was not enough more. Before going to Malaysia, uncles and abang asked us
to go to Songkhla. It was a beautiful place and also a beautiful beach. There
were so many stories about that placem especially about the mermaid story. We
took some pictures over there, very happy. Yaiy yaiy yaiy..
After that, we were asked to university of
uncle…..’ daughter, Nana. We were introduced with his daughter. We were chummy
fast. We also were introduced to Nana’s friend. We learned more in there. We
took a part on presentation, quizzes, games and et cetera which related to that
university. We brought some presents because we won the games, there. Then,
before continuing our journey to Malaysia, we sent uncle…. Off to
his home. So, there were Uty, Yayat, I, Uncle Jaafar, and abang Amir in that
car. Uncle Jaafar drove the car along our journey, but when uncle Jaafar was
totally tired, abang Amir would change him to drive. Reaching for Malaysia, we
stopped for a while in Sri Gombak city, the place of Uncle Jaafar. We sent him
off to his house. After that, abang Amir asked us to have dinner in a Java
Restaurant. Omigod.. ke Malaysia,
makannya ayam penyet ayam penyet juga ujung2 nya.. hahaha… We ate in Ayam
Penyet Restaurant. After having dinner, abang Amir also asked us to sing in
club. Kind of karaoke club lha ya. But, I thought that we were too tired to do
that. Heheh. So, abang antar kami ke Brickfield. Akhirnya, kita sampai lah di
Brickfield. Setelah itu, abang ingin mengantar kami to the hotel. Yayat changed
the planning when we were in Brickfield, she said that she embarrassed to abang
Amir kalau sampai dia tahu kita hanya menginap di boarders. But, I think it was
not abig deal for me. Because, I said at first to him that we were a
backpackers. I thought that he could understand us. But nor with Yayat. Yayat
didn’t want that abang Amir knew about our boarders. Finally, we had to made
himbother for more. We rent us hotel, Mexico Hotel, to let me stay. Oh My God..
I really embarrassed with him.
You know, it’s also UNEXPLAINABLE, when at first we
wanted to stay at some place, and we couldn’t fix with it. And NOW, “We were in
this hotel”. Oh god… really embarrassed but very happy.. hahahah… still thought
about Kk Misbah and Dede about his journey. Poor them L
Pagi hari kita bangun dan kita langsung packing
barang untuk pindah ke our boarder yang tepat berada next to the Mexico Hotel…
hahaha… Puas2 kan
diri sebelum akhirnya jam 12 pm check-out.. kahkahkah… sampainya di boarder,
it’s UNEXPLAINABLE to say and to do. Felt something bad to say to Dede dan Kk
Misbah kalu kita last night stay at Mexico Hotel. Hahaha.. but, that’s the
fact.. yaiiiyyyy..
After staying one day in KL, we were continuing our
UNEXPLAINABLE Journey to Singapore.
Biar uang udah melepet juga dicoba-coba lah ke Singapore. Iseng2 berhadiah
pemirsaa. Hahaha… Eventually, we booked train ticket to go to Singapore.
Ahhh… It felt Unexplainable when I was on the train, but I was happy
tauuuuu..hahah..
Saya, Yayat, and Uty tidak pada coach and seat yg sama. Uty and Yayat di ‘G’ coach but I was on ‘E’ coach.. Tak mengapa lah.. The most important was saya tak duduk alone lah yah.. hahah… I sat with other woman, named Zubaidah, but until now, we were still friends… ayeeeee, dapat teman baru.. ekhem.. senangnya :D
Alhamdulillah, sampailah juga kita b3 di Singapore.
There was a funny story in the check-point room, when my turn began, the
immigration official said my name “ENDAI TAIKAH SEITYA PYUTRAI”… ahahahahha…
bwakakakaka…. Nama guwe bagus2 “ANDI TIKAH SETYA PUTRI” jadi dipanggil begitu
pemirsaaaa… hahaha… but the most funniest was my friend’s name, uty. Uty was
said “MUTMAEINEH BEHRAI” alias “MUTHMAINNAH BAHRI”.. jajajjajaj…kahkahkah….
Kacauuuuuu.. nihh ini nih baru disebut UNEXPLAINABLE gilaaaaa…
Finished in check-point, we continued our journey
by walking on foot. From 21.10 until 04.00 subuh… la gilaaaaaa… capek… betis
ane sampe bekonde akhirnya, Cuma gara2 guwe lupa kalau MRT hanya sampai jam 9
malam dan masjid hanya buka juga sampai jam 9 malam dan baru dibuka jikalau
sudah mendekati adzan subuh…haiyyaaa.. hancurlah rencana senang2 kita orang
nihh… dong..dong..dong..dong…wakakakaka… yah… although we were so tired, but
the main goal was ‘take a moment’ bro.. apalagi di patung singa, Merlion…
MashaAllah :D . It’s okay lah.. yang penting kita sudah mnecoba.. sebenernya
masih banyak pula yang harus saya ceritakn di Singapore, dari kejadian LUCU,
ANEH, sampai SERAAAAM pun ada lhoooo …. Kahkahkah…
You know, disaat2 kita lelah sewaktu walking around
Singapore
in the night, kita sempet lho visit the fruit market to buy some bananas to
fulfill our potassium in our body. Actually, we bought it, but at that time I
paid the bananas, my friend took ‘A PEAR’, ‘ONE PEAR’.
Astaghfirullahualaudziim… hahahha… maaf kan
ya Allah,.. Tau kan
maksudnya apa?? Ngintil mas broo??? Ngintilin??? Hahaha..
Akhirnya.. pagi lagi… memang masih sangat lelah
walaupun sudah stayed at nearest mosque to Merlion, kita tetap semangat to the
best.. haha. Kita sightseeing, jalan lah, ke Bugis Street, Victoria
Street, Queen Street,
esplanade mall, and treetc. Senangnyaaaa…
Setelah puas di Singapore, pulanglah kita ke KL,
Alhamdulillah yah, mang kalu rezeki gak kemana, Abang Amir jemput kita dan
treat us to have dinner in one of beautiful resto in KL. Asikkk… Aku makan Tom
Yam, Yayat kalu gak salah makan Fried Rice, dan Uty?? Uty makan Tom Yam
kayaknya sama aku.. selesai having dinner, kita pulang ke boarder, tapi yayat
masih gak mau ngaku kalau kita stayed at boarder. Sempet kesel juga kan, kalu lama2
ngeboongin orang kayak gini.. mana orangnya bageur pisan pula.. Sumpah, regret
bangettt.. arrggghhhh yayatttt… Akhirnya?? What Abang Amir did to us? Again, he
paid our room, but for that time, I rejected him. Poor him.. pity him.. I cant
see him.. he was too kind to us.. Thankss abang Amir.. We were so sorry for
that. You know, it was two days remaining before coming back to Indonesia..
sedihnyaaaa…
Besoknya jalan-jalan lah kita ke Central Market,
Petalling Market, LCCT, and et cetera. Tetap masih abang Amir yang antar kita
kemana-mana by his private car.. Abang, at that time, I thought that, I was
afraid I couldn’t give you the same treating and even the best of ours for you
abang.. Really UNEXPLAINABLE JOURNEY bukan?? :*
